These terms apply to your use of PhotoFlood. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); the points below supplement it.
Free use and the lifetime unlock
You can import up to 100 files at no charge. A single non-consumable purchase removes this limit permanently for your Apple Account, and can be restored on your other devices from Settings. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You are responsible for having the right to import the files you select. PhotoFlood does not delete, move or modify your source files.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. It is designed to record every file's outcome and to resume safely, but it is not a backup tool; keep your original files until you have confirmed the import. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data or for indirect damages.
